 Baked Chicken Thighs.






Ingredients:

• 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon dried thyme

• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:



• Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

• In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a paste.

• Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, and then rub the paste all over them, making sure to coat them evenly.

• Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.

• Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

• Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

You can serve the baked chicken thighs with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
